- One great thing I've donw for the past 3 years is to be part of the Royal Inst. for the Blind (RVIB) talking book library. I think there is one in every state as I've just moved back from NSW and i belonged to the library there as well. I think they have a charge of $50 when you first join.
- Also, for those who may be ineterested in doing some study but can't read...I recommenced study at Deakin Uni(off-campus)this alst semester. Their DRC (disability resource centre) arranges for my texts and lecture notes to be put on tape and I get special allowances for exams.
- I'm an avid listener of Radio National, I find they have some fascinating programs which keep me in touch with what is happenng in the world. This means I actually have some interesting conversation in me when I talk to friends (apart from maoning about how I'm feeling which *isn't* very interesting!)
- Someone from a mailing list mailed me with an organic fruit and vege place which delivers in Melbourne... The Green Line Ph. 03 98892299 (I don't know if they have a net site).
